The future.
Isn't it strange that a whole new year is ten days away? I've never thought much about new years before, but now I am. Maybe it's part of getting older. A million things war in my head and my journal and my heart. There's another year; it could be my last. What things will it be filled with? So, while I am praying about what direction to take for the new year, I want YOU to know this too: Maybe there's a million things you're concerned about. You can only do so much in one year. You won't be able to do every extracurricular event, every writing session, every movie/hangout time, bake every cupcake, take every vacation you want to. And that's okay. God can open doors for the things He knows we will succeed in, and share his love in, and grow through. We can't know and do all of it on our own. That said, some stuff I'm praying and thinking about in 2020 is-- Seasonal Photoshoots-I loved doing "aesthetic" green and yellow photoshoots this summer! I'm wondering to expand it to having a spring themed shoot, a summer themed shoot, a fall, and a winter? If you're interested in this idea, let me know :) Supporting Artists-One thing I'm tentatively working on is developing an Artist's Society for Chattanooga artists like me. Everyone is welcome--musicians, photographers, painters, writers, or people who just want to learn more about art. And of course doing more creative portraits/senior portraits if people are wanting them! I have a lot of friends graduating in 2020; I hope to have the privelege of photographing some of them. Senior photos interest me a lot. Serene, calm senior photos by a river are nice; but how about photos where people look more than pretty--they bring something special to them into their photos? So they can remember who they were in high school? Maybe like books or an anime poster or instrument or softball bat. People are so unique! Enough rambling; enjoy these pictures from a 10 minute, Saint Lucia inspired photoshoot.
